I'm interested in server-side development — scalable systems and high performance bigdata processing. I also work on visualisation systems, data reporting, server-side systems for responsive user interfaces. Memory intensive systems and performant communications are also areas of work. I have experience productionising AI/ML systems — although I am not an actual ML developer.
I've led teams of other engineers, both in my own field and UI and ML developers. I've worked with organisations on adopting scrumban and other agile, lightweight and start-up-focussed practices.
