[BD] Indoor Rules 2009-10

All, the new indoor rules are finshed and now in play.  These should be up on the UKU website presently, but for now I have dropped them onto http://www.sheffieldultimate.com so that you can get them if you are keen.

FYI, nothing specific has changed from an indoors point of view.  The rules update is due to the updated WFDF Rules of Ultimate that came into force earlier this year.
