All, 

Thanks to all that have sent payments for Mixed Tour 1.    We are fast approaching our capacity of 32 teams (apols I didn't put this in the original e-mail) and so I would encourage all that have expressed an interest to get their payments in, as only this will secure your entry.    

In particular there were a number of teams who said they would pay by cheque at Mansfield but didn't.   We also received a payment from a "Jackson D R" but without a team reference.  Grateful if that person, or their team, could confirm who they are!!!

Please also send us an e-mail saying you are entering.  A few naughty teams didn't do that and it really does make things a lot easier.

Entry is now open for the first mixed tour of 2008.   The event will take place at Waterhall sports park, on the outskirts of Brighton (  BN1 8YR    http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Waterhall+brighton&ie=UTF8&ll=50.866618,-0.16413&spn=0.012838,0.029011&t=h&z=15),  on 7th and 8th June and will be hosted by Brighton Ultimate.   The entry fee is £160. 
 
To secure your entry can you can either pay by bank transfer(preferred) or cheque.

 We'll also be taking cheques at Mansfield this weekend.  Ask for Waggle or Kieran.  
 
 Regardless of your entry method can you please send an e-mail indicating that you are entering.   If you are a new team (or a greatly changed team) to the tour, this e-mail should include some details about your teams skill level to assist in seeding, although the starting point will be last years results. The closing date for all entries is Friday 30th May.

We're afraid that we are unable to offer on-site camping at the tournament this year, though we hope to do so in future years. We're hoping that we will be able to offer some bargain basement accomodation at a local scout hall and should have that confirmed in the next couple of days.  Let us know in your entry e-mail if you are intersted in this option.
