[BD] Blockstack MT2 Party Moved now on-site Bigger and Better

Hey the BD,

A very late notice note to say that due to the last minute
availability of the social venue at the tournament. The Blockstack
party will now become the official party.

The venue is on site and you should be able to follow your nose to find it.

Please pass this on to your team mates. We'll try and put a flyer in
your captain's pack too.
