Dear Britdisc,

It occurred to me that not all students are on the uniultimate
e-group, this email is aimed at the incoming student captains.... we
have 30 out of 80 already signed up to the uuagm group but would like
the other 50 to sign up too.

The e-agm will take place in a few weeks, if there are any items you would
like mentioning please get in touch; you are of course free to discuss such
matters on this e-group too (UniUltimate).

If you would like to take on the role of regional, mixed, womens or uni
coordinator please submit a manifesto to me in the next 4 weeks so that we
can get the voting underway. (regional coordinators should have been elected
at open outdoor regionals)

In the meantime I need ONE person from each university to join the UUAGM
group to vote in the AGM. http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/uuagm/ please
state your university, club name, your name and your poisition within the
club. You can do this when you apply to join the group.
