of every month Winter League dates which run November to Feb/March.

Despite announcing last year that we'd keep the same indoor dates in 
perpetuity, this has not been possible. The student outdoor season, for 
example, now starts at the end of January (they're mad!), and given the 
trouble we had with Indoor Nats being just one week ahead of Tour 0 this 
year, the decision has been taken to move the whole thing much earlier. 
Overlap between the seasons is best avoided as much as possible, I reckon.

So, the 2008/2009 Indoor dates will be as follows:

Indoor Regionals (Open and women's): 22/23 November
Indoor Nationals (Open and women's): 24/25 January
Mixed Indoors: 21/22 February

So, bids please! If you want some information about what is needed for a 
bid, please get in touch. There isn't a closing date; rather, when a 
viable bid is received, I'll announce it to BD and there'll be 3 weeks 
for people to submit a rival bid.
