[BD] Mixed Tour Results

That admin fool made some mistake when reading the current rules about
splitting teams that have the same points.  It seems that in fact Brighton 1
were 2nd, Chevron were 3rd.

Also fixed the problem with SWAN/Wasted being the same team.

Link is still right though.
