[BD] Spirit scoring system for beginners

The best thing about the "first second third" system is that it is  
simple.

Simple is great, but it isn't very versatile. What if you play two  
great teams and the rest are all awful? What if they are all equally  
average?

I also agree that the Brighton system (out of 16 points) was far too  
complicated.

Spirit is important, it deserves more than a few seconds thought, but  
on the other hand we have to accept that captains are very tired at  
the end of the weekend.

This year at T2 we asked teams to give a score from 0-5 for each team.  
We gave very concise guidelines for each score.

This seemed to work fairly well, although clearly not everybody read  
the guidelines (notably Brighton!) and ranked them between 1-10.
