[BD] Squad Sizes

Thanks Si,

This has been bugging me most of the day now so I'll hold my hands up.

The title of this thread should be "Team sizes" not "Squad sizes" - hence I
caused the confusion right from email 1.  Hopefully everyone knows I mean at
the level of the match, not the tournament now though.

Phew,  I feel better having admitted it. Sorry for the confusion.
