[BD] Mixed Nationals, Southampton 2008

Afternoon,

 

I just wanted to confirm some details for Mixed Nationals so everyone is
aware of what is happening.

 

Myself, Charlee, Ruby and Sam have joined forces to create a mass Mixed
Nationals event on the 30th & 31st of August with all proceeds going towards Marie Curie Cancer Care (the same
as the original charity tournament that was originally planned for the 30th/31st of August). 

 

There will be two tournaments:

 

Mixed Nationals - A traditional 24 team knockout tournament for the top
teams from this years mixed tour.

Mixed Nationals Part 2 - Numbers to be confirmed but its going to be BIG.
Hopefully any team that wants in will be able to enter. Tour style schedule
with groups and then knockouts.

 

Details on the venue and how to enter will hopefully be out in the next
few days but as we are all going to Vancouver for WUGC 2008 the deadline
for entry will most likely be the 25th of July to give us time to release
a team list etc. Anyone who finishes in the top 24 from tour will be guaranteed
their place as long as we receive payment before this date. 

 

Those teams that have already entered the charity tournament will be contacted
individually to discuss entry. 

 

We'll be in touch soon, in the meantime get your cheques and internet bank
accounts at the ready!!!
