[BD] WUGC 2008 - Game Official

Hey all,

Just a question for anyone who might be in the know ... there are game
officials and i'm sure their role is essential to the smooth running of the
tournamnament ... but i was wondering if this:

- Making active calls on sidelines and goal lines

meant actively calling people in or out of the field and goal ?
