[BD] Western University Outdoor Regionals

Good morning western uni teams, 
 
I am pleased to (finally) announce that outdoor regionals this year will be held in Cardiff on the 1st/2nd March. As I'm sure you realise this is all happening rather late this year for various reasons so both your patience whilst we get the details sorted and help by way of quick replies would be greatly appreciated!
 
The event has a limit of 16 teams initially although this MAY be extended so I will be keeping a waiting list if more than 16 apply. Priority will obviously be given to first teams but entry will be on a first come basis replying to this email. Please reply to me with how many teams you would like to send and importantly, how many people in total you would require accommodation for and for how many nights. Please also include a personal contact email and preferably mobile number so I can get in touch with teams quickly.
 
Accommodation is likely to be the main issue for this event. Although we hope to provide accommodation for everyone, at this stage I can only guarantee this for first teams. Camping is available as a backup, but hopefully it won't come to this. If you would prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements (or would actually LIKE to camp!) please let me know asap. 
 
Entry to the event will be £110 per team. Please make cheques payable to Melanie Biggs and send them to the following address:

If you prefer bank transfer, please get in touch for account details. If you are sending cheques please send separate ones for each team entered and write on the back which team they are for. 
 
There will, of course, be a social on the saturday night. Further details of this and event itself will follow shortly...
