Hello BD!

The teams who are in, are listed below.  It's now a 44 teams event
thanks to some dropouts but we'll manage.

There won't be a pickup team because many teams have expressed
interest in a few more players (and it makes our schedule better).
Capt Packs will be online tomorrow along with the schedule.

The plan for the weekend is
Theme: Hammer Horror!
Friday Night: Arrive, Watch Horror Flics on the Stage Screen.  Copa
Tent Opens at midnight with DJ Gazmattaz
Saturday: Games, Dinner, Dress Scary, Kingsize Ska Band at 10pm (don't
miss this.  They are awesome). DJ Friesian (aka Fergus) in the Copa
Tent from midnight
Sunday: Games, Dinner, Dress Scary again if you like, Karaoke/Airband
Challenge, Copa Tent from midnight with DJ Harp
Monday: Games, Finals, Early finish.
Pitches: Two at the Moderns, more at the Meadows
Water: Large bowsers (100+ litres) should be available at the Meadows
Shelter: Fortunately is rarely rains at the Copa.  In the unlikely
chance it does be prepared please.  We're trying to get the council to
open the large facility there for us.
