[BD] London Indoor Winter League

Hi BD

As Ken is unable to run the London Indoor League this year, I am dipping my
toe in the water to see if I can get something up and running!  If there is
enough interest from London and other local teams then I will try and get
some dates organised.

If you are interested please let me know ASAP and I can look at getting
possible venues.
