Q1: Are the Rules in http://wfdf.org/rules/20061201_WFDF_2007_Rules.pdf actually in force (by WFDF, let alone UKUA, etc) yet, or still just another draft?

Q2: with reference to the thread at http://londonultimate.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=711#711 - are there still things missing from (section 19) these new rules?
