[BD] BPF Open training

To all ultimate players in the Bristol area:

BPF Open squad training is now running on Monday evenings and Saturday
mornings.

Saturday 11am to 1pm at Netham Park, Bristol - this is our main training.
Expect drills and hard running.

Monday 7:30pm to 9:30pm at Keynsham rugby club (flooded pitches permitting)
- this is an open to all session, no drills, no fuss, just game play (cost
around £3).

These sessions are open to all - new blood and old hands welcome, no
commitment expected (at the moment!).
