[BD] Club Women's Indoor Nationals bids needed

Hey all,

No bids have been received to host CWIN on 3rd/4th March, so the
deadline is extended & the next bid deemed to be suitable will be
accepted & announced.

Please see below for info needed in bids.  Note that this tournament
clashes with GB Women's trials #3, Open trials #1, & Club Open Indoor
Nationals (which is also in need of bids to host).
