[BD] Tour 0 info

There will be an announcement about all the Tour 0 related questions like
these next week - hopefully on Monday.

Questions I've heard are:
1. Which Open teams are supposed to enter?
2. What about women's teams?  
3. What will the rules around 2nd teams be?

If anyone has any other questions about Tour 0 please drop them in a quick
email to ME (not Britdisc) before the weekend.
