Hi !

 

On Thursday May 1st, Friday May 2nd & Saturday May 3rd 2008 we'll organize
our 16th international tournament "Tom's Tourney" in Brugge, Belgium.

 

On our website www.tomstourney.be you'll find all info, including an on-line
registration form. If you would like to come, fill it out as soon as
possible. 

 

We've made 2 changes compared to the last couple of years : 

- we'll expand the ladies division from 8 to 16 teams, we have good hopes to
get this objective

- we'll split the open division in 2 divisions of 16 to 20 teams each. You
can choose for yourself if you'll play in division 1 (very competitive) or
division 2 (less competitive).

 

Why join us ?

- You'll play on 10 full-size ultimate fields.

- Ladies division with 16 teams, 9 games per team, 3 on Saturday, 4 on
Sunday and 2 on Monday. Games of 50 minutes.

- Open division 1, very competitive with 16-20 teams. 9 games per team, 3 on
Saturday, 4 on Sunday and 2 on Monday. Games of 50 minutes.

- Open division 2, less competitive with 16-20 teams. 9 games per team, 3 on
Saturday, 4 on Sunday and 2 on Monday. Games of 50 minutes.

- Delicious barbeque on Thursday-evening next to the fields. Circus act and
band during and after the BBQ

- Superb party on Friday-night. Same big location as last year. Free
transport from and to the party all night long.

- It's in Brugge

- 3 days of "Brugse Zot" : best beer of Europe in 2006 !

 

We'll use this registration system :

- registration is open starting today until Saturday January 12th.

- every team that registers will get a confirmation mail.

- no payment yet !

- on Monday January 14th all registered teams will get a mail, either
positive or negative.

- selected teams will be able to choose the lodging from January 14th on

 

These are the costs :

- Playersfee = 32 euro, tournament, parties, playersgift, 3 x breakfast
included

- No teamfee

- Lodging between 5 and 20 euro per person per night
