[BD] 'Have a go' at freestyle this week at WhiteAir

Hi everybody,

If you're interested in learning or checking out some freestyle frisbee we're organizing a contest and clinics during the WhiteAir Extreme Sports Festival on the beach at Sandown on the Isle of Wight..

The freestyle challenge will take place Saturday and Sunday Sept 1-2 with clinics going on Wed-Sun on the beach at Yaverland in Sandown.

You can also 'have a go' at a new sport called winddisc too, where you throw the disc into the wind and is must pass between 2 poles then return into the court - you get points if your opponent can't catch it and it lands inbounds.
