It is with real regret that i have had to cancel MT2 this weekend.



I thought i might have got it all back ontrack but that has not been the
case. i found out this morning that the 3rd venue i booked and paid for has
again fallen through! with only 1 week left to go i have taken the decision
(with the mixed committee) to cancel we will be trying to fit it in again
later in the season. sorry to all.



I feel that I need to explain what happened and where we are at…



Venue 1 (originally booked) had building works problem about 3 weeks ago
which meant that there would be no hot water or food which I felt was
unacceptable…



Venue 2 Pudsey – was booked and paid for but we got kick out when they
realised that they were double booked!! (uni fixture took precedence)


Venue 3 is booked but pulled out today after realising that there would be
no one on the school site to open the facilities (and the womens showers
were out of order)

I promise that i have done EVERYTHING possible to make this happen and will
post out next week the weekend that MT2 will be moved to.

all cheques have not been cashed and any transfers will be returned to you
if you can mail with account details.
