[BD] Ultimatum prize for first UK Callahan

The first ever Callahan point scored at an official UKU event went to  
Rich Hims, who managed to get one three minutes into the first game  
of the season!

There were a lot of Callahan points scored this weekend, but the main  
effect this rule change seems to have had is that the whole of the D  
team's side-line shout "Caaallllahaaan" for the duration of the  
Offense having the disc in their own end zone. I guess it'll get old  
eventually.
