[BD] WL, Indoors & full calendar

Hi BD,

As Winter Leagues are starting to be organised, now seems to be a good
time to say that I spent quite a while a few months back working on
coordinating schedules between the indoor/uni/lwl events so they don't
clash like they have done for the last few years, so hopefully almost
everyone can play everything this time round.

WLs:
12 November
10 December
14 January
18 February (3rd Sunday)
18 March (3rd Sunday)

Indoors:
3/4 February (regionals)
3/4 March (nationals)

Uni:
some kind of indoor/outdoor/open/mixed/womens event taking place on
pretty much every remaining weekend.

It includes the split tour (hooray! - big thanks by the way to the
UKUA committee for (eventally) being open & democratic about it all),
and assumes 3 tours, but the UKUA dates will be confirmed by a UKUA
bod some time in the future anyway.
