[BD] GAIA cleats

   Hey BD,

   I'm interested in buying some GAIA Ion cleats, but I have never used
   them before and as of yet I am undecided. Could anyone give me some
   decent feedback on how they play? What's the longevity like? Are they
   value for money? Etc etc etc, you get the gist!
