[BD] Charity Fund Raising Tournament

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to put together a large(ish) outdoor tournament around the end of June 2007 in Warwick in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). Having emailed people directly and had no response, I thought I'd put it to the community:-

1. Has anyone any experience of a charity tournament?
2. Has anyone got any good national publicity contacts?
3. Would people be interested in coming?
4. I'm going to be asking people to contribute time/effort/resources free of charge all for the benefit of CRUK so has anyone got any willing contacts for:
- bands, 'tech' crews, equipment (cones/line marking etc).
