[BD] Public Liability Insurance for Clubs

Just got the call from endsleigh; £250 (plus 5% tax of £12.50, totalling
£262.50) per year for public liability insurance with a ceiling limit of
£4M, which is standard. (I dont think someone could do more than four
million pounds worth of damage with a discraft)
